Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Instant Film Camera (Certified Refurbished)

By far the best overall value for your money, this new-age instant camera is ready for purchase. Refurbished by the manufacturer, you can purchase it for a good discount. The best thing that Fuji makes the cheapest film. So, if you plan on taking more than a few pictures this will be the cheapest option for you.

A slim instant camera that prints out card size prints, it is lightweight, and easy to use. Fuji offers a variety of colors in its refurbished lineup, so if you don’t see what you like check back soon.

So good it’s listed twice! The non-refurbished versions are also guaranteed by the manufacturer. Plus, you get the advantage of being the first to use it. It will cost you an extra $20, for a total of $70. The film is still cheep at $13/20 pictures.

There are some advantages to buying new- besides the buyer security. Fujifilm has this camera in 8 colors, including the ever popular hello kitty version. Buying new means you won’t have to compromise on color. Many times the new version will also be on sell, whereas the refurbished won’t- so it is best to look. The only real downside is that you will be sure to need a lot of film, so make sure and stock up!

Polaroid PIC-300 Instant Film Camera

Polaroid’s current low price option is a great all around camera. With auto flash, an electronic shutter, and auto adjust it makes sure you get the best instant picture possible. It is generally discounted to a reasonable price, since they are trying to compete with Fuji.

The film is credit card size and comes in packs of 10- Slightly more expensive than the Fuji film. Fortunately, the film is interchangeable. If I was looking to buy a cheep instant camera, I would buy this one if I wanted a few more features.

There are several options when it comes to the cheapest Polaroid camera. A few factors to keep in mind: how often will you use it and what kind of film do you prefer?

Most vintage Polaroid cameras range in the hundreds now days, so the only way to budget an instant camera may be to go with the new options.

If I had to choose, I would go with the refurbished Fuji Instax as the cheapest instant camera for the value. The only thing left to do is take some pictures and display them!
